The position involves preparing routine and ad-hoc reports, maintaining data quality, and collaborating with teams across programs. A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience are preferred, with hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant analytical experience.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage high volume and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet established standards.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and validate data from multiple systems and sources.
• Conduct basic trend analysis, data comparisons, and correlation reviews.
• Identify inconsistencies or issues in data and escalated findings appropriately.
• Assist in preparing routine and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
• Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools and templates.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with government standards.
• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.
• Support data entry, data cleanup, and data normalization efforts.
