Job summary

Inserso Corporation seeks a Program Manager to lead teams delivering mission-critical Enterprise IT support to a federal customer. You will coordinate incident and problem coordination, NOC, change management, knowledge management, email and domain management, and ServiceNow support. The role is hybrid with in-office presence at least 3 days a week at the customer site in Chandler, AZ.

Requires U.S. citizenship, a Master’s in IT or related field, PMP, 10 years of federal PM experience, and

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and pass DHS E-Verify.
• Master’s degree in IT-related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• PMP certification.
• 5 years of experience in IT support services or relevant managerial experience.
• 10 years of project management on a federal government contract or environment.
• Capable of obtaining TS/SCI security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Inserso, contract staff, and customer’s Program Manager.
• Provide oversight of work prioritization aligned with contract scope and direction.
• Support leadership in planning and responding to organizational changes.
• Identify and mitigate program risks affecting cost, schedule, and performance.
• Monitor and report technical, cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Prepare and deliver PMRs and required reports/deliverables.
• Enforce policies affecting IT services and manage project plans.
• Oversee development of integrated master schedules.
• Manage the program budget including P&L to meet objectives.
• Provide leadership to contractor personnel and brief executives.
