Job summary

Intel Government Technologies (IGT) seeks a Federal Program Associate to coordinate, track, document, and report on active US federal programs. The role supports cross-functional teams in a compliance-driven environment and helps ensure program integrity.

You will maintain audit-ready records, manage milestones and deliverables, and liaise with compliance, contracts, finance, engineering, and information systems to deliver on defined priorities during a 24-month assignment.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Enrolled in a 4-year program toward a related bachelor's degree.
• Minimum GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Able to work 20 hours per week during a 24-month assignment.
• 1+ years of experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Support program coordination, tracking, and documentation for federal projects.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, actions, and supporting docs.
• Maintain audit-ready program records.
• Coordinate across compliance, finance, engineering, IS, and contracts.
• Support reporting, compliance checks, evidence collection.
• Execute defined deliverables within scope, schedule, and documentation requirements.
• Adhere to U.S. Government security, confidentiality, and information-handling requirements.
