Job summary

Innosoft Corporation is building the program operations function for a large federal health services contract in the Baltimore area. The Deputy Program Manager will own the recurring reporting cadence, the integrated master schedule, and the deliverable log, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple agile teams and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes execution discipline, governance, and close collaboration with the Program Manager to meet government expectations and award conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, management, information systems or related field
• Experience with federal program reporting cadence and governance
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence administration
• Ability to maintain an integrated master schedule across multiple workstreams

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring reports to meet content standards and cadence using live dashboards and systems of record.
• Maintain the evidence trail for performance self-assessments and monthly/ Program Increment reports.
• Keep reports versioned in Confluence and flag late reports with explanations and revised dates.
• Manage the deliverable log and ensure deadlines for security, transition and AI governance deliverables are met.
