Job summary

Ibility in Gaithersburg, MD, is seeking a Senior Production/Operations Specialist to lead day-to-day program execution and drive operational excellence for federal-style engagements.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance metrics, and support workforce readiness while collaborating with government stakeholders to ensure contract objectives are met efficiently.

Note: position is contingent upon award in Aug/Sep 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting program or operational operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multi-workstream activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities across program workstreams.
• Evaluate workflows and recommend process improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership, teams, and government stakeholders on planning.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify risks and gaps.
• Support workforce readiness, training coordination, and adoption of new processes.
• Drive continuous improvement to standardize operations.
