Job summary

INTEGRITYOne Partners is seeking a Program Manager to support one of our federal programs. Serve as INTEGRITYOne's senior leader responsible for successful execution of the CS-OPS program.

Provide direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership across all contract activities; oversee staffing, schedule, risk, quality, and deliverables; and serve as primary interface with COR, GPM, GTMs and other Government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Federal program/project management experience required.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum 3 years of Federal Financial Management experience.
• Proficient in program planning, scheduling, risk and quality management.
• Experience managing staffing, subcontractors and contract performance.
• Strong executive-level communication with government stakeholders.
• Experience creating integrated master schedules and project plans.
• Ability to manage Firm-Fixed-Price environments with recurring deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership across all contract activities.
• Manage staffing, transition, subcontractor integration, schedule, risk, quality, performance and deliverables.
• Serve as primary management interface with the COR, GPM, GTMs and other Government stakeholders.
• Oversee the MIPPS, project plans, weekly/monthly reporting, program reviews and corrective actions.
