Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead Operations Support for a federal law enforcement program in McLean, VA. This senior role provides executive-level management, directing contract activities and serving as the primary operational point of contact across the program.

You will work with Government stakeholders to ensure successful execution, oversee personnel, logistics, and reporting, and maintain accountability for performance in a dynamic law enforcement environment.

Qualifications

• Active and maintained SECRET security clearance (federal/DoD).
• Fifteen (15) or more years of professional experience, including at least ten (10) years in law enforcement personnel or operations.
• Experience supporting federal contracts involving operational support, personnel management, logistics, and performance oversight.
• Experience coordinating with Government leadership, COs, CORs, and other key stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Support activities for a federal law enforcement customer and oversee operational contract execution.
• Provide executive-level management and oversight of contract activities and serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters across the program.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders (CO, COR, agency leadership) to ensure alignment with mission objectives.
• Support the Senior Program Manager in contract implementation, personnel management, logistics, reporting, and performance oversight.
• Facilitate communication between Government and Contractor personnel and coordinate workforce recruitment and deployment.
• Manage Government-furnished property, ensure delivery of contract reports and deliverables, and uphold accountability for operational performance.
