Job summary

Shearwater, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Program Manager to join our Team in Fort Smith, AR. The PM will oversee the operation and QA of contract support services and act for the contractor on daily operations from the Fort Smith site.

Minimum five years in program management with DOE L clearance, exceptional communication, and risk-management skills are required to drive plans and resolve issues across multiple tasks on this government/contract project.

Qualifications

• Five years of program management experience.
• DOE 'L' level clearance minimum (DOD Secret equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of project management principles with risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the successful operation and quality assurance of the support services under the contract.
• Provide essential leadership and authority to act for the contractor on daily contract operations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Manage risk, track issues, and develop and implement program and project plans.
