SAIC is seeking a technically strong, hands-on Program Data & Systems Analyst to support a large managed services program in Texas. The role focuses on operational data analysis, reporting in Excel, executive PowerPoint deliverables, and SharePoint information management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/Analytics or related field with 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience solving complex reporting or process problems with operational data.
• Experience supporting complex programs or managed-services environments preferred.
• Must be a US citizen and pass CJIS background check.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Analyze ServiceNow records, workflows, and reports to support ITSM processes.
• Reconcile and report on operational data from ServiceNow and other sources.
• Identify data inconsistencies and investigate root causes; recommend corrective actions.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations translating data into clear insights.
• Maintain and organize program information in SharePoint/M365 with proper version control.
