Job summary

AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) seeks an Analyst IV in Huntsville to oversee cost, schedule, and performance across RTC programs. You will coordinate with customers and teams to define scopes, develop budgets, and manage funds while ensuring compliance with funding rules and audit readiness. A Security Clearance is required.

The role emphasizes data collection, report generation, and proactive communication to keep programs on track within the Redstone Test Center mission.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (strong emphasis on Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage Cost, Schedule, Performance, Risks, and Issues for RTC throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop accurate scopes for new projects in collaboration with team and customers.
• Prepare cost estimates in coordination with Program Operations Lead and teammates.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers on current and future project needs.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structure to track labor, materials, and travel across multiple funding sources.
• Learn and apply RTC-specific funding rules and software.
• Provide regular project updates to customers via various communication channels.
• Adapt to additional responsibilities as required to ensure mission success.
