Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, Information Management, or related field with 8+ years of experience or Master's with 6+ years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Advanced computer skills including 4+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, updates and review of the program spend plan monthly, loading actual costs and coordinating ETC estimates.
• Compile Monthly Contract Status Reports.
• Attend and present program financials at monthly customer program reviews.
• Coordinate with billing to ensure timely monthly invoicing.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and serve as a technical financial analysis expert.
• Manage Accounts Receivable tasks including invoicing and unbilled analysis.
• Monitor spending vs plan and alert management to overruns/underruns.
• Ensure contract charges reflect labor hours, rates, subcontractor costs and direct costs.
• Manage subcontract accruals and ensure costs are fully accounted for.
• Interface with management to respond to requests for financial data.
• Resolve reporting and compliance issues.
• Support other ad hoc reporting.
