Job summary

SAIC is seeking a technically strong, hands-on Program Data & Systems Analyst to support a large managed services program. The role focuses on operational data analysis, reporting, ServiceNow, advanced Excel, executive PowerPoint development, and SharePoint-based information management.

The candidate will work with complex data, reconcile information, investigate discrepancies, and deliver accurate, repeatable solutions, translating technical information into executive-ready deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3-5+ years in technical program operations, operational reporting, data analysis, ITSM, or similar.
Experience solving complex reporting or process problems with operational data.
Experience supporting complex programs or managed-services environments.
US Citizenship and ability to pass CJIS Background check.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain advanced Excel workbooks, dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
Analyze ServiceNow records, workflows, reports, dashboards, and operational data across ITSM processes.
Identify data inconsistencies and reporting issues; investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Translate operational/technical data into concise, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and dashboards.
Support recurring and ad hoc reporting for program leadership and customers.
