Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Product Manager to support a DHS CBP program, delivering mission-critical digital capabilities. You will prioritize product backlog, guide delivery, and work with UX, engineers, and stakeholders to turn research into measurable outcomes.

The role demands a design-oriented, agile practitioner who can navigate ambiguity, run discovery, and keep delivery aligned with user needs and mission priorities. On-site in Washington, DC, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Experience delivering complex digital products or services.
Experience applying human-centered or design-thinking approaches to product discovery and solution development.
Ability to move between customer discovery, product strategy, team facilitation, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Understand mission problems and define product direction with CBP stakeholders and users.
Maintain and prioritize product backlog, translate goals into features and user stories.
Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, security, and other disciplines to test and validate solutions.
Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage backlog priorities, and ensure visibility of decisions and requirements.
Enable effective agile team delivery and ensure alignment with mission priorities.
