Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, public administration, organizational development, economics, finance, data analytics, information systems, industrial engineering, human capital management, or related discipline.
• Strong business analysis, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive and program stakeholders on strategic initiatives, organizational performance, operational risks, resource allocation, and transformation priorities.
• Assess current organizational structures, business processes, workflows, governance models, internal controls, and performance-management practices.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative information to identify trends, performance gaps, redundancies, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations, implementation roadmaps, business cases, decision papers, operating models, and transformation strategies.
• Translate strategic objectives into measurable initiatives, milestones, performance indicators, work plans, and reporting requirements.
• Facilitate executive interviews, working sessions, focus groups, process-mapping sessions, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops.
• Document current-state and future-state processes using process maps, responsibility matrices, SOPs, decision frameworks, and supporting narratives.
• Design performance measurement frameworks, executive dashboards, scorecards, data-collection processes, and portfolio reporting structures.
• Synthesize complex program, policy, financial, workforce, acquisition, and operational information into concise executive-level findings.
• Prepare executive briefings, presentations, talking points, decision memoranda, white papers, status reports, and recommendations.
• Evaluate proposed regulations, policies, operating procedures, or organizational changes for mission, workforce, compliance, cost, and implementation impacts.
• Support succession-planning activities by identifying critical roles, assessing workforce risks, documenting competency needs, and developing leadership-continuity strategies.
