Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Federal Human Capital Resource to support federal agencies in improving HR operations, modernizing HR processes, and advancing HCM transformation initiatives.

Ideal candidates understand Federal HR policy, have experience with enterprise HCM environments (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow HRSD), and can design future-state HR processes with clients.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and current residence within the United States.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST".
• Five to Seven years of experience in human resources, policy analysis, or a related field.
• Experience supporting Federal HR or Human Capital programs.
• Knowledge of OPM regulations and Federal HR policies.
• Experience in staffing, classifications, benefits, administration, leaves, labor relations, performance management, HR compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support federal HR transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Translate HR needs into functional requirements for tech teams.
• Develop process maps, workflows, and operating procedures.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify improvements.
• Prepare client-facing presentations and executive deliverables.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
