Job summary

The Sr. Pricing Analyst at AV leads the development and execution of cost and pricing strategies for federal government proposals and contracts.

You will prepare compliant, accurate, and competitive pricing submissions in line with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and company policies. You will collaborate with capture, contracts, finance, and program teams to provide pricing analysis, modeling, and documentation that support business objectives and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years pricing/estimating experience in federal contracting.
• Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government proposal processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Excel and Word); experience with pricing tools such as ProPricer (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed pricing models for proposals, task orders, and contract modifications.
• Prepare compliant cost volumes and support proposal documentation.
• Conduct labor rate, material, subcontractor, and ODC pricing in accordance with solicitation requirements.
• Collaborate with capture, contracts, finance, and program teams to provide pricing analysis, modeling, and documentation.
