Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sr Pricing Analyst to lead complex bid pricing and ensure FAR/CAS compliance for government contracts. You will work with Capture, BD, and executives to model costs and develop competitive price proposals.

The role requires deep knowledge of government procurement rules, data analysis, and the ability to coordinate across teams to produce compliant, persuasive cost volumes and narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of government contracting pricing experience.
• Knowledge of FAR, CAS, and SCA and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Review RFP/IFB to determine cost requirements and risks.
• Develop cost projections for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare pricing models and documentation compliant with FAR/CAS and disclosure statements.
• Mentor team and provide pricing training and best practices.
• Prepare responses for client fact finding and negotiations.
