Job summary

CyberMedia Technologies seeks a Portfolio Manager to join our team, supporting planning and oversight of CBP BEMSD programs and related initiatives. You will coordinate schedules, risks, dependencies, and governance to ensure successful delivery to federal customers. The role requires 8+ years in program/portfolio management, strong communication with government and contractors, and experience with Office tools and dashboards (Power BI).

Active CBP clearance preferred; U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management or portfolio management, or related work.
• Strong written and verbal communication with government, contractor, and technical stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio plans, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
• Coordinate activities across program managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and CBP representatives.
• Monitor portfolio performance against objectives, schedules, resources, and delivery commitments.
• Develop dashboards, reports, briefings, and recommendations for program and government leadership.
• Facilitate portfolio governance meetings and track decisions and follow-up actions.
• Support prioritization of enhancements, projects, operational needs, and competing demands.
• Identify delivery risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Support continuous improvement of portfolio processes, reporting, and governance.
