Cybermedia Technologies is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to support CBP Chief Information Officer’s Trusted Partner Program. The role builds relations across DHS and other agencies, translating stakeholder needs into actionable inputs for governance and dashboards implemented in Power BI.

Required is a minimum of 4 years in QA/QC with a BS/BA or equivalent, and the ability to obtain CBP Tier 4 clearance. The position offers a competitive salary with negotiable terms and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain stakeholder maps, engagement plans, contact strategies, and records.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate interviews, working sessions, and briefings with stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas, materials, talking points, and summaries tailored to leadership priorities.
• Elicit, document, validate, and prioritize stakeholder needs and success measures.
• Translate engagement outcomes into traceable requirements and recommended actions.
• Maintain engagement data and dashboards including status, history, commitments, and signals.
