Job summary

Koniag Government Services seeks a PMO/Governance Analyst to support governance, metrics, and Agile delivery for a federal IT program in Washington, DC. The role requires strong governance artifacts, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with government stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will manage deliverables, maintain dashboards, and ensure compliance with federal regulations while working on a fast-paced, 24x7 enterprise IT operation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in PM/IT or related field.
• Minimum 4 years supporting federal government IT programs.
• Experience developing governance artifacts (PM plans, risk registers, status reports).
• Experience enabling Agile delivery in a federal IT context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program governance artifacts and deliverables.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and backlog management with government stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute sprint plans, reviews, and retrospective outcomes.
• Track risks, issues, and action items with timely reporting.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and KPI reports for leadership.
