Job summary

Koniag Government Services is seeking a Program Manager in Washington, DC to lead enterprise IT programs across multiple projects, coordinating with executives and stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable digital services. This hybrid role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust.

You will define program goals, governance, and roadmaps, while driving continuous improvement and aligning with organizational strategy. Collaboration with cyber, data, and platform teams is key.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise IT programs from initiation to operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs across multiple projects and teams.
• Develop program charters, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and success criteria.
• Establish governance, reporting standards, and decision-making processes.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests across programs.
• Coordinate with executives and stakeholders to align with strategic priorities.
• Monitor performance and report status to leadership.
