Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC (a Koniag Government Services company) seeks a PMO/Governance Analyst to support enterprise IT operations for a federal government client in Washington, DC. You will establish and maintain governance artifacts, enable Agile delivery, and provide timely, compliant program reporting across 24x7 operations.

The role requires ability to obtain a Public Trust and perform primary work at the client site, collaborating with the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years supporting federal government IT program offices in governance or analytics.
• Experience developing and maintaining governance artifacts (PM Plans, risk registers, status reports).
• Experience supporting Agile delivery programs and sprint reporting within federal IT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain program governance artifacts and documentation.
• Support Agile sprint ceremonies and backlog management in ITSM and Agile tools.
• Prepare and distribute monthly status and performance reports.
• Track risks, issues, and action items with timely resolutions.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and meetings with Government stakeholders.
