Job summary

Legion Intelligence is seeking a Federal Mission Success Manager to act as the voice of government customers, coordinating engagement across product, engineering, and sales. The role requires deep federal program experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate onsite in the DC area with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• SECRET or TS/SCI security clearance.
• Extensive experience as Engagement/Program/Product/CSM/AM with government.
• Willingness to travel and onsite with customers in DC area.
• Experience with a highly technical product (Gen AI) and ability to discuss with CTO/CIO.
• Exceptional communication to represent both customer and Legion.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, product, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for customers to product teams.
• Manage customer requirements for new features and deployments.
• Develop hands-on knowledge of Legion platform.
• Lead customer onboarding and training.
• Demonstrate value to leadership both qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholder levels.
• Support renewals and minimize churn.
• Gather feedback and convey to engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve issues.
