Job summary

Legion is seeking a Federal Mission Success Manager to work with Intelligence Community customers in a hybrid role in the DC area. You will be a trusted advocate, manage customer requirements, and lead onboarding and value demonstration efforts.

This role requires a SECRET or TS/SCI clearance, ongoing onsite presence, and strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Travel to customer sites in the DC area is expected.

Qualifications

• SECRET or TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
• Significant experience as an Engagement/Program/PM/CSM/AM with government.
• Willingness to travel; onsite with customers in the DC area.
• Experience with a highly-technical product and communicating with technical decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for customers and voices of the customer to product teams.
• Manage customer requirements and oversee feature deployment for each customer.
• Lead customer onboarding and train administrators and champions.
• Demonstrate value and build cross-level relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales to identify renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Gather feedback and coordinate with engineering to resolve issues.
