The Program Manager supports Front Office and Federal Task Leads to improve governance, information sharing, and the use of technology to manage work activities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in management consulting, excellent written and oral communication, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years management consulting experience with federal/security projects.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Experience coordinating across multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; ensure needs are understood.
• Design strategies to improve information sharing and workflow automation.
• Collect and analyze data and user feedback on tools and strategies.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends.
• Develop and deliver high-quality products that meet client needs on time and budget.
• Support client engagement; lead meetings and prepare recommendations.
