Bridge Defense is seeking a Mission Operations Manager to lead customer engagements across our product and engineering portfolio, supporting customers across the Department of War. Hybrid role in Washington, D.C.

• Ownership of complex technical programs or deployments with outcome accountability beyond schedule.
• Fluency handling data; ability to ask the right questions and derive answers from data.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement outcome and be the program lead.
• Define real problems by validating against evidence and adapt execution as needed.
• Build trust with end users, program leadership, and stakeholders; communicate constraints and progress.
• Prioritize team work with the Tech Lead and govern the technical approach.
