Job summary

Anduril Industries in North Carolina seeks a Federal/Capital Materials Manager to lead material planning and compliance initiatives for the ANC facility. You will design and implement procedures under FAR/DFARS, drive ERP/WMS implementations, and coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure accurate inventory and on-time material availability.

You will mentor a warehouse team, develop metrics, and optimize material handling and storage while maintaining regulatory safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in material management, inventory control, or supply chain in aerospace/defense.
• Onsite Morrisville, NC.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead material management strategies and procedures to comply with FAR/DFARS.
• Develop systems for material and inventory management at ANC.
• Collaborate with government property, procurement, production, logistics, and quality.
• Forecast demand, plan procurement, and align with production schedules.
• Analyze usage trends and implement lean practices for storage and distribution.
• Use ERP/WMS to track inventory and generate data-driven reports.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and quality compliance in material activities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing warehouse team.
