Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior ERP & Scheduling Specialist to own material planning signals from BOMs to production schedules, interfacing with Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing. You will manage procurement signals, maintain traceability, and optimize ERP/MRP workflows to meet program demand.

The role requires 5+ years in material or supply planning, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and knowledge of FAR guidelines.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Material Planning and/or Supply Planning.
Experience with Ai-driven data tools to track material requirements, inventory health, and scheduling metrics.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems, capacity planning, JIT, Kanban, IMS.
Knowledge of FAR guidelines for government-furnished material.
Experience creating and managing purchase requisitions.
Lean manufacturing/Six Sigma in QA/QMS environments.

Responsibilities

Material Planning: Evaluate BOMs and generate long-range material signals to align with program demand and production schedules.
Demand & Supply Alignment: Collaborate with multiple teams to support demand and production timelines.
Shortage Mitigation: Identify material constraints and optimize inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
KPI & Material Governance: Monitor KPIs for material availability, schedule attainment, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Supply Planning: Coordinate product prestaging, work orders, and adjust schedules based on material availability and capacity.
Traceability & Compliance: Maintain serialized material traceability per QMS and defense standards.
ERP & MRP System: Own material planning logic in MRP and continuously improve ERP workflows.
