Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company based in Hudson, NH, is seeking a detail-oriented Materials & Quality Specialist to oversee warehouse inventory and material flow. You will perform cycle counts, ensure ERP alignment, and support production and purchasing teams.

The role requires 5+ years in material management, experience with ERP systems, mechanical inspection tools, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance. Anduril offers equity grants and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school or vocational school diploma required.
• 5+ years' experience in Material Management, Manufacturing Operations or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with mechanical inspection tools (calipers, XRF, CMM).
• Hands on attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support the receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Support the shipping & receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Ensure inventory stock levels and locations in the physical inventory locations match corresponding quantities and locations in the ERP system.
• Responsible for inventory accuracy, Cycle Counts and physical space optimization.
• Execute cycle counting process between Physical Inventory and the ERP system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review, identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing and Production teams regarding inventory counts and locations.
• Improve processes to address root causes of discrepancies, preventing recurrence.
• Supply the production floor with needed materials (daily kitting) per the monthly Production Plan.
• Perform mechanical inspection of incoming and in-stock materials, including dimensional verification using calipers and other precision measurement tools, and material composition analysis using XRF equipment.
• Operate pre-programmed CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) routines to verify part conformance and support quality documentation efforts.
• Must be able to lift/carry/handle/transport up to 50lbs (unassisted).
