Job summary

HDR is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Omaha to support the Federal Marketing Team with research, content development, and proposal coordination. You will help prepare qualifications, resumes, and project descriptions, maintaining marketing databases and ensuring brand consistency across materials.

The role emphasizes strong writing, editing capabilities, and collaboration with remote or distributed teams. A marketing/communications background and experience with InDesign are preferred.

Qualifications

• Marketing, communications, proposal coordination, or related experience.
• Associate or bachelor level degrees in marketing or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication, editing, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, coordination, prep, and production of technical proposals, qualifications packages, and interview presentations.
• Assist with proposal research and resume/project descriptions content.
• Maintain and update marketing databases (resumes, project info, photography).
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and marketing staff to gather information for proposals.
• Draft and edit non-technical content and ensure HDR brand standards.
• Support pursuit qualification activities and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Provide general support to the Federal Marketing Team in pursuit planning.
