Job summary

HDR is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the United States (Rapid City, SD) to support pursuit teams with persuasive proposals, manage client relationship data, and help develop strategic plans. You will coordinate internal meetings, organize documentation, and assist in producing engaging digital content to strengthen HDR's brand and thought leadership.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign).

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.

Responsibilities

Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposal and interview materials.
Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status.
Help file proposal and presentation material upon submittal.
Support management of client relationship management and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards.
Maintain accurate project and resume data in business development systems.
Arrange for professional photography on projects.
Support development and implementation of growth initiatives and strategic plans.
Support planning and management of internal meetings (in-person or virtual).
Coordinate large internal meetings and maintain branded materials inventory.
