Job summary

HDR is seeking a Federal Project Manager in Omaha, NE. This role requires coordinating all aspects of projects, managing staff, and maintaining client relations with exposure to marketing, contracts, design and production meetings.

You will ensure compliance with governing agencies and lead cross-functional design development sessions. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field, at least 7 years of experience, and a minimum of 2 years in project management.

• At least 7 years of related experience.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
• Ability to interact with multiple design teams and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine programs.
• Coordinate professional staff and balance team throughout project development.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Participate in reviews with governing agencies for compliance.
• Lead design development and contract document work sessions with staff.
• Coordinate workload and ensure documents meet schedules.
• Track financials and adjust efforts to stay within schedule.
• Work with Project Controller and Department Manager for reviews and with management as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
