HDR is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Omaha to support the Federal Marketing Team with research, content development, and proposal coordination. You will help prepare qualifications, resumes, and project descriptions, maintaining marketing databases and ensuring brand consistency across materials.
The role emphasizes strong writing, editing capabilities, and collaboration with remote or distributed teams. A marketing/communications background and experience with InDesign are preferred.

This is a full-time temporary position located in our Omaha corporate office. The position may become a regular full-time role based on business needs.
HDR is adding a Marketing Assistant to support the Federal Marketing Team. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual who is eager to learn and contribute to proposal efforts in a fast-paced environment. The Marketing Assistant will support proposal coordinators and proposal managers with research, content development, database maintenance, and a variety of proposal-related activities.
