Job summary

ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTHCARE & FACILITIES, LLC is seeking a Business Development Analyst in San Antonio, TX to support opportunity research, market analysis, pipeline management, capture support and BI activities.

You will help identify, evaluate, and track federal contracting opportunities, maintain accuracy of BD systems, and develop analytical reports and leadership briefings to inform strategic decisions. Detail-oriented and analytical candidates will excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum two years’ experience in business development, market research, capture support, or government contracting.
• Experience with federal procurement processes and CRM/business intelligence systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and track new business opportunities; support capture activities throughout the BD lifecycle.
• Support capability presentations, market research, and BD initiatives.
• Create analytical reports and leadership briefings using multiple data sources.
• Maintain BD systems and opportunity records in CRM and BI platforms.
• Assist responses to RFIs, Sources Sought, RFQs, and proposals as required.
