You'll write clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and data dictionaries, while also defining KPIs and metrics that reporting and analytics teams can build on. Along the way, you'll support gap analysis between where the business is today and where it needs to be, and you'll help drive User Acceptance Testing by developing test scenarios grounded in the requirements you've documented.
