Zusammenfassung

Procon Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Leasing Specialist to support leasing, facility and property management for a federal facility in Washington, DC. You will assist with space planning, move services, lease administration, and integration of IWMS/FM Systems, reporting to the Facility Program Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in leasing and facilities management, IFMA certification, and experience with Federal Government agencies, with the ability to obtain HSPD-12 clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in leasing, facilities management, and property management.
• IFMA certification or similar professional certification.
• Experience coordinating leasing and facilities activities in occupied Federal Government facilities.
• Experience coordinating with Federal Government agencies, A/E firms, contractors, and building suppliers.
• Ability to pass a Federal Government suitability background investigation and obtain HSPD-12 clearance.

Aufgaben

• Support administration, management, decommissioning, acquisition, and disposal of leased properties throughout the full real estate lifecycle.
• Assist with long- and short-range real estate planning by evaluating space requirements and utilization strategies.
• Analyze leasing costs, operating expenses, real estate taxes, and maintenance agreements.
• Coordinate with government staff to budget and schedule lease and facility activities.
• Review year-end financial reconciliations and suggest internal controls for lease administration.
• Develop and maintain lease administration tools and SOPs.
• Analyze leasing and facility operations and prepare reports and real estate maps.
• Evaluate available space to identify shortages and reconfigurations.
• Monitor compliance with lease specs, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with resolving landlord and tenant issues and government-related matters.
• Support lease negotiations under government oversight.
• Monitor building services and space utilization and coordinate facility service requests.
