Job summary

Procon-Consulting seeks an experienced Facility Program Manager to provide design, construction, and facility management support for a federal facility in Washington, DC. This role covers renovations, space reconfiguration, operations oversight, and lease administration, coordinating with government stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will hold PMP/CMAA certification, have 10+ years of federal facility project management experience, and be proficient with MS Project or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management or related field.
• PMI/CMAA certification preferred.
• 10+ years of project or facility management experience in federal facilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office moves, IT connectivity, furniture and space requirements.
• Prepare status reports and track project progress against deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and client requirements.
• Lead staff and manage budgets, schedules and KPIs.
• Serve as main liaison between Agency personnel, contractors and client.
