Job summary

Procon seeks an experienced Facility Program Manager to provide design, construction, and facility management support for a federal facility in Washington, DC. Responsibilities include overseeing renovations, space reconfiguration, and operations, plus management of an IWMS, space planning, moves, and lease administration.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in project or facility management, PMP or CMAA certification, and experience with occupied federal facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 10 years of project or facility management experience.
• PMP or CMAA Certification required.
• Experience managing construction projects in occupied Federal Government facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost estimating, budgeting, and project controls.
• Experience coordinating with Federal Government Agencies, A/E firms, contractors, construction trades, and building suppliers.
• Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistical aspects of office moves including IT connectivity, furniture, and office requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and project status updates with deadlines.
• Operate within federal regulations and industry best practices across functional areas.
• Assist with task management, scheduling, and communications between Key Personnel and Government Client.
• Coordinate with Agency personnel, service providers, and building tenants on projects.
• Develop budget tracking and KPI reporting for project-related expenditures.
