Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks an experienced federal sales professional to grow our LearnVantage offerings within Federal Civilian and DoD. You will drive multi-path pipeline across direct selling, channel partners, and collaboration with Accenture Federal Services to win missions.

You will manage relationships with federal training leaders, craft tailored learning solutions, and guide opportunities from prospecting to closure, aligning with funding cycles and contract vehicles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development or sales leadership in consulting, technology, or professional services.
• Proven track record closing $500K+ ARR deals or more.
• Understanding of federal procurement and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Grow LearnVantage business across Federal Civilian and Department of Defense accounts.
• Build and manage a qualified federal pipeline and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Accenture Federal Services and channel partners to win opportunities.
