Job summary

Beyond New Horizons is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to support AEDC operations at Arnold AFB, TN. The role involves awarding subcontracts and purchase orders, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws.

You will work with an integrated team, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project needs and resolve issues efficiently. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with at least 2 years in subcontracts, or a HS diploma with 6 years in subcontracts.
• Experience monitoring subcontractor performance and resolving subcontracts claims and disputes.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Award purchase orders and subcontracts to support AEDC operations.
• Conduct bid solicitation, analysis, and negotiation for subcontracts.
• Administer subcontracts including changes, invoicing, and close-out; monitor labor requirements and performance.
