Job summary

Beyond New Horizons is seeking a Resource Manager—Engineering/Technical to join AEDC at Arnold AFB, TN. You will identify, attract, and develop engineering talent, ensuring mission-critical projects meet DoD and Air Force requirements with top-level expertise.

You will partner with branch managers, support hiring processes, onboarding, and workforce development, while maintaining security clearances and compliance in a high-security environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, operations management, psychology, or a related technical or business discipline.
• Eight or more years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, technical, operations, workforce planning, talent selection, or project support role.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract compliance requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop initiatives and processes to manage engineering and technical resources to meet project commitments.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to understand changes in resources and workload and identify personnel.
• Support hiring processes including candidate selection, interviews, and recommendations for hire.
