Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Program Support Specialist with knowledge of federal human capital programs, especially learning and development. The candidate will manage day-to-day operations, enter classes into the LMS, and support stakeholder communications.

The role includes coordinating with vendors for offsite trainings, tracking enrollments and budgets with the budget analyst, maintaining SharePoint pages, organizing records, and quarterly travel to NASA centers for training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide program support for multiple learning & development programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the program and related activities.
• Offer guidance and support to customers on regulatory and instructional materials.
• Partner with vendors to schedule offsite trainings.
• Enter scheduled classes into the LMS and manage enrollments.
• Ensure administrative processes and communication are up to date.
• Travel quarterly to NASA centers for training opportunities.
