Job summary

MetaPhase is seeking a Training Coordinator to join the ITaCS team serving ICE in Washington, DC. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs for IT users, focusing on adoption and effective use of IT systems.

You will create instructional content, collaborate with the Training Lead, and ensure accessibility standards are met while leveraging LMS tools to monitor learner progress. Hybrid work with on-site ICE engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, education, business administration, or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools to create and deliver training content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational objectives and skill gaps.
• Implement and evaluate training initiatives; adjust based on feedback and results.
• Create instructional materials, including e-learning modules and user guides.
• Utilize LMS to deliver content and track learner progress.
• Ensure materials comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.
