MetaPhase is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) via the ITaCS initiative, helping ICE users adopt and effectively use IT systems.

You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs, assess skill gaps, create instructional materials, and ensure accessible, compliant content. This hybrid Washington, DC role requires collaboration with the Training Lead and ongoing adoption of best

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile environments and training program execution.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Proficiency with LMS and e-learning tools to create and deliver content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals and skill gaps.
• Implement and evaluate training initiatives, adjusting based on feedback and results.
• Create instructional products and materials, including e-learning modules and user guides.
• Utilize LMS and e-learning tools to deliver content and track progress.
• Ensure training materials comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with Training Lead/Manager to support overall strategy.
• Stay current with best practices in instructional design.
• Provide guidance to end users and facilitate learning experiences.
