Job summary

Enterprise Solutions & Management (ESM) is a growing government contractor delivering IT services to Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to support an enterprise-level program within a federal environment.

The role involves planning, installing, troubleshooting, and training users; maintaining problem-tracking databases; and ensuring compliance with information security policies. DLA eProcurement system support may be required.

Qualifications

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and system issues while delivering effective user support.

Responsibilities

Support planning and delivery of customer support services, including system installation and training.
Resolve reported issues, analyze trends, and maintain problem-tracking databases.
Develop training materials and help users operate information systems and apps.
Perform hardware/software maintenance, backups, and recovery operations.
Assess user needs and conduct feasibility studies to inform decisions.
Ensure compliance with information security and cybersecurity policies, including DLA eProcurement systems.
