Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) seeks an IT Support Specialist to back a federal enterprise program. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, install systems, and deliver user training while maintaining documentation and help desks support.

You will ensure security policy compliance and assist with DLA eProcurement systems. The role requires strong communication with government customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Six years of progressive IT experience with hardware and software responsibilities.
• Experience installing, diagnosing problems and training users on software/hardware.
• Knowledge of information security and cybersecurity policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of customer IT support services in a federal environment.
• Install systems, troubleshoot issues, provide user assistance and training.
• Maintain problem-tracking databases and develop training materials.
• Perform hardware/software maintenance, backups, and recovery operations.
• Ensure compliance with information security and cybersecurity policies; support DLA eProcurement.
