Qualifications

• Six (6) years of progressive experience in Information Processing and related hardware/software solutions.
• Three (3) years in specialized Information Processing incl. hardware/software.
• Two (2) years in installing, diagnosing problems and training customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and support IT systems; assist users and provide training as needed.
• Develop training materials and deliver instruction to users of information systems and applications.
• Maintain problem-tracking databases; analyze incidents and trends to improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with information security and cybersecurity policies across systems, including DLA eProcurement if applicable.
