Job summary

Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a government contractor providing IT services for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to support an enterprise-level program in a federal environment.

The role involves planning and delivering customer support services, system installation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training. You will maintain problem-tracking databases, perform backups, and ensure compliance with information security and cybersecurity

Qualifications

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software issues while providing user support.
Develop training materials and deliver instruction for operating information systems.
Install, maintain hardware/software, perform backups and manage problem-tracking databases.
Analyze incidents, identify trends, and suggest improvements to service delivery.
Assess user needs, conduct feasibility studies, and develop business cases for technical decisions.
Knowledge of information security and cybersecurity policies applicable to government systems.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver customer support services including system installation, troubleshooting, user assistance and training.
Resolve reported issues and maintain problem-tracking databases.
Prepare training materials and deliver user training for information systems and applications.
Ensure compliance with information security and cybersecurity policies, including DLA eProcurement systems.
