Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive IT program portfolio management experience.
• Experience leading full P&L for portfolios of $50M+ with positive margin.
• Strong communication and executive briefing capabilities.
• Willingness to travel 5-10% and work hybrid in Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio and set the strategic/operating plan for the Financial Agencies Business Area.
• Perform financial management with P&L responsibility for the portfolio.
• Provide customer/technical oversight to ensure satisfaction and delivery excellence.
• Drive growth, win re-competes, and pursue YoY new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team with strong client relationships.
