Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead communications support for EOIR in Falls Church, VA. Hybrid role with three on-site days and two remote; responsible for overseeing VoIP, video, and IT operations, ensuring performance, security, and mission alignment.

Requires Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' IT program management, PMP, DOJ Public Trust eligibility, and experience with T&M contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in IT program management.
• PMP certification required; ITIL v4 Foundation preferred.
• Active DOJ Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain.
• Experience managing federal IT services contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary government point of contact for contract performance.
• Oversee ~55 resources across EOIR locations for networking, VoIP, and IT support.
• Manage program budget, burn rate, and invoicing; forecast staffing and funding needs.
• Enforce work standards; supervise contractor personnel and communicate policies.
• Coordinate daily to long-range work assignments with team leads.
• Ensure cross-functional communication across areas of responsibility.
• Hire, onboard, and develop assigned staff.
• Ensure teams are adequately staffed, trained, and equipped.
• Develop strategy maps aligning activities to objectives.
• Collect, review, and analyze information for government stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
